To complete your IRCC online profile, you must enter the scores listed in the “old score equivalence” column on your results certificate.

Please note:

The language proficiency test results form number, also called the certificate number, is the first part of the attestation number shown at the bottom left of your certificate.

The NIP is the second part of the certificate number. It appears after the hyphen on your certificate.
