Payment and Registration Instructions

1. Payment required to confirm your spot

Please make your payment according to the exam you have selected.
Your exam spot will only be confirmed once your payment has been successfully processed.

2. Final confirmation email before the exam

After we receive your payment, you will receive a final confirmation email a few days before your exam.
This message will include all important information regarding your test, including the schedule, instructions, and details for the exam day.

3. Cancellation Policy

Once your payment has been made, the following rules apply:

  • Up to 7 days before the exam date: A cancellation fee of CAD $40 per test will be deducted from the refund.
  • Less than 7 days before the exam date: No refund is possible, regardless of the reason.

These rules apply to all TEF sessions administered by our Montreal center.
